We specialise in dishes from southern Italy and Naples. Almost all of our ingredients are hand-selected from local producers and imported from this sunny region. We turn them into delicious and imaginative Mediterranean cuisine.

Our story

Opened in 1970, Positano is a family business handed down from father to son. Ten years after Papa Alfredo arrived in France in the 1960s, he opened his first restaurant on rue des Cannettes and then this location on rue Guisarde, which his son Luca took over in 2007. The family-run venture lives on.

Luca’s great-grandfather was a Michelin-starred chef in Naples, so gastronomy is a true passion in this family of restaurateurs that has been passed down the generations out of love for tradition.
